We do not collect email addresses through the bid form. Payment information is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

Your submitted data is displayed publicly on the therichest.lol leaderboard. This is the core function of the service. By placing a bid, you consent to this public display.

We use DataFast for basic analytics. DataFast may use cookies to track page views and general usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is shared with DataFast beyond standard web analytics data.
