2. Service Description
therichest.lol (also accessible at https://www.therichest.lol and https://therichest.lol) is a paid public throne where users pay to claim a rank as "the richest." The floor bid is $2. To take the #1 spot, you must pay the current top bid plus $2 (the sequence goes $2, $4, $6, and so on). If you raise your own bid using the same X handle, you only pay the difference. Ties are resolved by timestamp: the older bid keeps the higher rank. Outranked rows remain on the board. Whole dollars only. Rank is the bid.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By placing a bid, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
4. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy apply to payment processing. By completing a payment, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
5. No Refunds
All purchases are final. Because the digital service begins immediately upon payment (your rank is posted to the public board), no refunds are available under any circumstances.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use this service to promote adult content, illegal activities, malware, phishing, harassment, hate speech, spam, or any content that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these rules without refund.
7. Removal Right
We reserve the right to remove any bid or listing at our sole discretion, including but not limited to violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or content we deem inappropriate.
8. Public X Metadata
By submitting your X (Twitter) profile URL or username, you grant us a license to display your public X handle on the board. We make fair use of publicly available X metadata. We do not claim any endorsement by X or its users.
9. License
By submitting content (name, message, image URL), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content on therichest.lol for as long as your listing remains active.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raphael Dino from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of this service or your violation of these terms.
11. No Endorsement
Listing on therichest.lol does not constitute an endorsement of any user, product, or service. We are not affiliated with any listed users.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raphael Dino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
15. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
